Character Concept: Gail

With Gail I started with the name, and drew a character based off that. She originally had more of a wind theme, but I started thinking it’d be stupid for her to be carrying around a giant fan all the time.

If there isn’t some kind of blade hidden in that parasol or the edges of it aren’t serrated with a very sharp metal, then I’ll be sorely disappointed (she IS a ninja assassin after all).
Is this the person hanging out on the roof in the background of the Chapter 12 cover?

She might actually turn out to be the first character concept used in the comic if that is actually her on the cover
